Day 4: Apple iPad Pro (2015) 128 GB WiFi + Cellular

Today’s focus was on typing and gestures. I am writing this post on the iPad Pro right now.  Some of the new gestures I have found:

  • Revert back to the home screen without pressing the home button by closing five finger inward on the screen.
  • Split view can be used by swiping from the right to the left  which will bring up a 1/3 view of another app. Slide down the list of compatible apps and select the one you want to use. To swap to another app swipe down on the 1/3 view secondary app.  To make the secondary app 50/50 view slide the divider from the secondary app to the middle of the screen. To now make that full screen slide the middle divider all the way to the left.
  • To switch to another open app double tap the home screen or swipe four fingers to the right.
  • Turn the keyboard into a touchpad with two fingers tap and hold on the keyboard and the letters will disappear and you can move your finger over like a touchpad.

While writing this article the battery finally died after 4 days of good amount of use and at least 10 hours of use.
